This Privacy Policy describes how the Android game IGN Casino handles information when you use it.

Entertainment only, no real money

IGN Casino is an entertainment app. Chips and gems are fictional currencies: they cannot be bought with real money, they hold no monetary value, and no winnings of any kind can be cashed out or exchanged. The app contains no purchases, no payments and no wagering of real money.

Information we collect

IGN Casino does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There is no account and no sign-in, and the app does not request your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

Data stored on your device

All of your game data is stored locally on your device: chip and gem balances, the history of rounds you have played, statistics, achievements, missions, season progress, the fairness seeds used to generate outcomes, and your app settings such as sound, haptics and reduced motion. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Android backup

The app takes part in Android’s standard backup system, so your game progress and settings can be restored when you reinstall the app or set up a new device. Those backups are handled entirely by Android and are stored in your own Google account, under your control; we have no access to them. You can turn backups off in your device settings at any time.

Internet access

The game itself is played entirely offline: there is no server, no account, and no game data is ever sent anywhere. The app connects to the internet for one purpose only — to show you this Privacy Policy page when you open the game, and again if you open it from the Settings screen. As with any visit to a website, our web server records the standard technical details of that request (IP address, browser user agent, date and time) in its logs. We do not use those logs to identify you, and we do not combine them with any other data.

Advertising and analytics

The app does not display ads and does not use any advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not use an advertising ID, and it contains no third-party tracking code.

Permissions

The app requests only two things: vibration, used for haptic feedback during the games, and network access, used to load this page. It does not ask for access to your storage, photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or from any other user.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
